Also, it’s contraindicated in other cases, since the diet deprives the body of fiber, iron, calcium, riboflavin, thiamine, niacin and folic acid compounds, essential for the harmonious development of the entire body.
For people sensitive to gluten, the diet is strongly recommended because even a small amount can lead to nutritional deficiencs, diarrhea, irritation and even depression, while on long term, there is also the risk of bowel cancer.

However, let’s not forget that these personalities have chosen this lifestyle because they were forced to follow a particular treatment and choose to give up gluten without having a serious medical reason.
